Pay it Forward: Meals for Shabbat and Yom Tov

We are so proud of our “Pay It Forward” meal program, and many around the community will have been seeing Rabbi Gabi’s posts via What’s App, Facebook or Instagram with progress reports (if you are not on the recipient list, please reply with your mobile number and we will add you to the What’s App list).

Receiving a meal can be just what someone needed to boost their spirits and provide a very tangible demonstration of communal connection and support.

While our Rosh Hashanah boxes have already been fully allocated, we will be providing meals for every Shabbat & Yom Tov.

Many will be struggling whether it be emotionally, financially, socially or mentally. There is one very real way to help and that is to provide a Meal In-A-Box meal to a person, couple or family who could use some support.

We want to make sure no one misses out because absolutely everyone deserves to feel part of the community and enjoy a delicious Shabbat and Yom Tov meal.

To arrange for a Shabbat Box or Yom Tov Meal In-A-Box the process is simple. Email the office with the name, address, number of people in the household and we’ll do the rest. Arrange one for yourself or for a friend, family member or loved one. Simply email

And if you’d like to “Pay It Forward” and anonymously assist a family going through tough times, please click here, or you can email the office to arrange payment.

To help you decide on your preferred donation amount:

A Shabbat or Yom Tov Box for 2 = $70

A Shabbat of Yom Tov Box for 4 = $130

We appreciate your support and your generosity
